They really need feet in them for the full effect. Since I don't have any cobblestones I will have to come up with another idea and until then this will have to do.

The only problem with them is that sometimes I trip over my own toes because patent leather is sticky! Instead of just brushing by each other the shoes actually stick to each other. It is very strange. I didn't know they would do that.
I'm already having visions of my tango partner and I ending up in a heap on the floor because we have tripped over each other and had our shoes stick together! He has patent shoes too...
