Another random thought

(I'm so good at getting distracted by random thoughts while studying. It's too bad I didn't save them all over all these years of school - that could have been interesting reading after the fact. Or maybe not)

I think more than any other sensory trigger, music has the strongest ability to pick me up and throw me backwards into memories of times and places past. Scents can do the same thing, so can food, photos, or revisiting places I've been, but music is by far the most efficient form of such transportation...

Vince Guaraldi Trio's A Charlie Brown Christmas...

You could say the ghost of two Christmas past came and found me; not somewhere I wanted to revisit. But if I keep playing the music I guess I'll desensitize which is good because it's some of the best Christmas music I have :)

I love Christmas music :D

Talk to Likalia - she's got a massive Christmas collection which is where I got mine. But there is lots of good online listening if you're willing to spend time to sift through the bad stuff. What am I saying? Of course you're willing to spend time sifting! You're my procrastinating kindred spirit!
