August 23 - mmm, good food!

Nothing like good food after a long run. Or in my case, nothing like good food ;) I'll let him comment on the enjoyment of good food after 20km of running, because, well, I didn't run.
(perhaps he can also explain the apparently deep conversation with the warthog...)
