Here they are; in all their new shiny, sparkly, metalic gold brilliance :) 4 months and 21 days after they were ordered they are finally in my possession. I was going to post a photo of my old pair as well but I'm not sure I want to show off how disgusting they were... *EDIT* ok, decided to include the icky old ones afterall.

:) It would have been nice to have them with more than a month left of dance classes though. Or to have a routine in the end of the year Gala show in which to wear them (whole other story which I may or may not commit some of my time to typing out) Ahhh well, I'll put them to good use starting now and continuing next September -- providing I have a dance partner.
Yup! Those oldies were totally really to be retired. I love the juxtaposition of the two pictures. (I also love that word. Makes me feel smart.. hee hee)
Juxtaposition is great word...we should make a list of really good words like that. Or would that make us geeks? Meh! embrace the geekiness!!! LOL, speaking of lists; where is that one we made up a couple of years ago at the Grind that I framed for you....??
Ok I have to say, I love the new heel! That flare! Awesome!! Man I wish I had a reason to wear fancy shoes, and tiny feet to put the fancy shoes on. :)
