Johari/Nohari Window

K, I saw this on Maggie's site and it looked interesting...

First I describe me, then you describe me and then it sorts the descriptors according to how you see yourself/how others see you/what you dont' see/what they don't see...

The first one is primarily positive: my Johari window

This second one is fairly negative: my Nohari window
