I woke up this morning and looked out on a gorgeous sunny day and wondered if it was the solstice today, or tomorrow, or if somehow in among general busy life business it had passed unnoticed. I realized that I don't own a paper calendar on which to look it up. I thought to google it. Then I thought that Google would likely "tell" me which day it was by changing their logo on their home page and so I didn't even bother to look it up. Hmmm...talk about a bit too internet dependant.
*Note* Google did Not celebrate the solstice with a google doodle :(

I have 3 paper calendars, all blank but a full blackberry calendar... what does that say?
According to my paper calendar above my desk, summer solstice is on Monday and today is the 1st quarter of the moon cycle...just fyi. :)
