It's a bit finicky, but you can take macro shots by removing your lens, reversing it, and holding it against the body of your camera. Not quite the same as owning a macro lens, but it works...mostly. They make reversing rings so that you can actually attach your lens to the camera that way; I was trying to hunt one down last night though I didn't (at the time) know what they were called and EvilMonkey suggested I look up 'ghetto macro'....*rolls eyes*

bookkeeper, dancer, photographer(?), quiet to a fault (but not when I'm dancing), contrary, stubborn to the core, sarcastic, and always good-natured if I don’t know you ;)
